LE DG DE L’INSP SUR LE SITE DU PROJET

C’est une visite surprise que le directeur général l’institut national de santé publique a effectué ce mercredi 18 mai 2022 dans les locaux du projet health tech. Le professeur Hervé Hien et sa délégation composée du secrétaire général de l’INSP, Dr Isidore MOYENGA et du directeur scientifique, Dr Paulin SOMDA.

En effectuant cette visite pour la première fois, les autorités nationales manifestent leur soutien à l’équipe du projet health tech. Des échanges fructueux avec l’équipe de Dr Ali Sié, responsable institutionnel du projet ont marqué cette rencontre improvisée. Une visite guidée par le responsable institutionnel du projet , Dr Ali SIE a permis à la délégation de découvrir les locaux du projet et les objectifs poursuivis.

La visite a trouvé ce mercredi 18 mai 2022, l’équipe du projet Health tech en séance de préparation des lettres d’invitation pour la délégation de AFIDEP pour demander leur participation à la cérémonie de lancement du projet Health tech au Burkina planifiée pour la date du 6 juin 2022 prochain . L’équipe avait aussi dans son agenda , la finalisation des notes techniques et autres documents en lien avec l’activité du 6 juin prochain, et l’actualisation plan opérationnel du projet.

C’est accompagné de ses proches collaborateurs que le Président de l’UNB, Pr Macaire Ouédraogo a assuré la présidence de cette cérémonie.

La salle de réunion de l’Université Nazi Boni de Bobo-Dioulasso a abrité, ce vendredi 11 juin 2021, la cérémonie officielle de signature d’accord cadre de coopération entre l’INSP et l’UNB.
C’est accompagné de ses proches collaborateurs que le Président de l’UNB, Pr Macaire Ouédraogo a assuré la présidence de cette cérémonie. Dans son intervention, le président de l’UNB avant de souhaiter la cordiale bienvenue a exprimé sa satisfaction pour la concrétisation de ce projet, qui selon lui est salutaire et une opportunité pour la conduite des activités des deux institutions vers l’excellence. Une convention qui permettra de s’affirmer comme il se doit sur l’échiquier national voire international.

Le Directeur Général de l’INSP, Dr Hien Hervé, a pour sa part témoigné sa reconnaissance pour l’aboutissement de ce projet débuté il y’a de cela 2 ans. Ayant fait une brève présentation de l’institution, Dr Hervé HIEN a souhaité que cet accord apporte son lot d’opportunités pour l’atteinte des missions des institutions sœurs « car qui dit recherche dit enseignement et utilisation des données ». Pour terminer, il a souhaité la mutualisation des efforts pour la mise en œuvre d’un certain nombre de projets communs en cours d’élaboration.

Le projet est composé de neuf (09) sous études dont chacune dispose de ses de bases de données. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet PAASME, l’Observatoire national de la santé de la population (ONSP) a été identifiée pour jouer le rôle d’une plateforme qui a pour missions l’organisation, l’entreposage et la gestion des bases de données des différentes sous études.

Dans l’optique d’atteindre ses objectifs, un atelier a été réalisé avec les acteurs impliqués dans la gestion des données dudit projet, du 10 au 12 mars 2021 dans la petite salle de réunion du centre MURAZ.

Il a connu la participation des gestionnaires de données des sous études, des acteurs de la Direction des systèmes d’information de l’évaluation et de la qualité (DSIEQ), de l’ONSP et de la Direction générale.

L’atelier s’est déroulé suivant une méthodologie participative à travers des présentations suivies de discussions, des amendements, des suggestions et de synthèses. les principaux points abordées étaient de :

• Présenter la structure et l’organisation des données de chaque sous étude ;
• Valider les manuels de procédure qualité, de centralisation des données ;
• Présenter l’organisation de l’archivage des documents ;
• Présenter l’organisation, la centralisation, l’organisation et l’entreposage des données à travers la plateforme ONSP ;
• Définir les prochaines étapes.

Les travaux ont pris fin comme prévu et l’investigateur principal a tenu à remercier les participants à cet atelier. Il ne doute pas que cet atelier permettra de capitaliser les résultats obtenus par les sous études du projet.
